PSYCHOLOGICAL TRAINING AS AN EFFECTIVE TECHNOLOGY OF TRAINING STUDENTS FOR PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY

Abstract


In the article, the systemic assessment is reviewed of the influence that socio-psychological and professional trainings have on students, which is based on the analysis of dynamics of structural changes in latent personal constructs. Personal changes were evaluated on the basis of complex use of the differences credibility estimate, skewness of distribution, of the forms of goal-setting, the content of exercises and diagnostic tools that are adequate to the students' gender features. Statistical technology was also used in a systemic way for structural analysis of data in the dimension of professional competence indicators; construct systems of students were modeled for evaluation of changes, i.e. of reconfiguring, destruction and formation of new deep professional personal constructs which provide the stable psychological basis for professional stance of a specialist and for efficiency of his/her professional activity.
