Information about publications in the journal
- General information.
The journal accepts original, previously unpublished articles on general psychology, pedagogical and age psychology, psychology of intelligence, etc. Email address for articles is [email protected].
The author (co-authors) can publish only one article in one issue.
The number of co-authors is limited to 4 people. In the case of a larger number of authors, if the manuscript is not related to large-scale research at the national or international level (for example, within grants and research projects on state budget issues), it is necessary to justify the personal contribution of each author.

Articles are accepted constantly.
The article should have a structure, necessary references to primary sources and design in accordance with the requirements for the design of articles.
Language of articles: English, Ukrainian.
The following types of articles are welcome: empirical, theoretical, clinical; reviews, meta-research studies.
Priority is given to the publication of manuscripts, which highlight the results of empirical research.
Volume from 20,000 (12 p.) to 40,000 (24 p.) or, in exceptional cases for theoretical-methodological and review articles, up to 60,000 (36 p.) characters, including tables and references.
The number of sources should be at least 40 for reviews and at least 20 for empirical articles.
Self-citation is no more than 10% of the total number of sources.
New sources indexed in Scopus and / or Web of Science must be used.
Anonymisation of the author in the body of the manuscript: if you cited your own work, make sure you cited your own references from a third party, for example, write "Author (s) (2022) demonstrated ..." instead of "We have previously demonstrated ... ». Do not add information to the text of the article that would identify you.
Submitted manuscripts are subject to double "blind" review and plagiarism testing. Plagiarized manuscripts will be rejected.
Self-plagiarism control. Textual use of own previously published texts of the author(s) is allowed only if there are references to published primary sources and the volume does not exceed 20% of the total text of the article.
The editorial board does not help with formalization of manuscripts to the proper level.
Authors and co-authors of articles published in the journal "Technologies of Intellect Development" are fully responsible for their content, in particular for the accuracy of the information provided, for the correctness of interpretations and conclusions. The editors of the journal "Technologies of Intellect Development" are not liable to authors, co-authors, other people, as well as government agencies, commercial and other organizations for possible damage caused by the publication of the article or articles or the content of the published article (s). The editors of the journal "Technologies of Intellect Development" reserve the right to remove an article from the journal if it finds out the fact or facts of violation of someone's rights and / or generally accepted norms of scientific ethics.
The article should contain enough details and links to allow others to reproduce scientific research. Fraudulent or knowingly inaccurate statements are unethical and unacceptable.

- Organizational structureof articles.
The journal uses a common standard IMRaD structure with the following elements:
- UDC. Must match the profile of the journal and the subject of the research;
- Abstract. Brief structured description of the article. It should contain: purpose of the study, research methods and techniques, results, conclusions;
- Keywords. 4-10 words that characterize the manuscript;
- Introduction. It describes why there is a need for research and what problems it can solve, which question is answered specifically by this article. The relevance of the study is noted; problem statement and analysis of sources are carried out, the purpose of research is formed. It is reported what research already exists on this topic, what is the current state of research; the theoretical information necessary for understanding the article is covered;
- Methods and Techniques. Theoretical and empirical methods with the formulation of their using purpose ;
Adherence to ethical standards. Indicate whether informed consent was obtained from potential participants in the experiment to voluntarily participate in the study. If the experiment involves preschool or school-age children, informed consent must be obtained from the children's parents or other legal representatives. It is indicated whether the ethical principles (which ones) were followed during the empirical research. Indicate whether the ethical examination of the research has been carried out and whether it has been approved by the Research Ethics Committee;
- Results. The main results of the research are described;
- Discussion. Analysis and evaluation of results in the context of scientific literature;
- Conclusions. Summary of research results analysis and prospects for further research;
- Funding. Sources of research funding are indicated (optional);
- Acknowledgment. Gratitude for research support is indicated (optional);
- Conflict of interests. Conflicts of interest are reported to be present or absent;
- List of sources that reveal the problem of the study. It is made in APA (American Psychological Association) style in alphabetical order, without source numbering, in transliteration and with English translation. Transliteration of Ukrainian into Latin is based on a CMU-2010 (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Regulation of Latin transliteration of Ukrainian alphabet” dated 27 of January 2010. Number 55). Latin transliteration of the Russian language is performed based on the interstate standard – GOST 7.79-2000 (ISO 9-95) “Standard system to information, bibliothecarial and publishing activities. Transliteration rules of Cyrillic writing in Latin letters”. Please include a DOI in the references wherever it possible. For automatic transliteration according to the CMU-2010 standard, we suggest using the resource http://translit.kh.ua/?passport or http://ukrlit.org/transliteratsiia.
References to the sources published in the Scopus and / or Web of Science scientometric databases are required.
According to the content of the article, it is possible to partially rename or combine certain sections; for example, instead of "Methods and Techniques" there can be "Materials and Methods" or "Methods and Results", or instead of "Methods and Techniques" and "Results" there can be "Methods and Results" or "Materials and Results" etc.
For review articles is allowed to vary their structure between the "Introduction" section and the "Conclusions" section depending on their content.
- Compliance of the study with ethical standards.
To ensure the objectivity and transparency of research, as well as adherence to accepted principles of ethical and professional conduct, authors should include information on sources of funding, potential conflicts of interest (financial or non-financial), availability of informed consent for voluntary human participation in the experimental study (if the experimental study provides for the participation of preschool and school-age children, then informed consent must be obtained from the parents of children).
During a certain period of time, authors can submit an article for consideration only in the journal "Intelligence Development Technologies". Submitting the same manuscript to several journals at the same time is unethical behavior towards the publisher (s) and is unacceptable.
Authors / co-authors are not allowed to publish an article that has already been published in the journal "Technologies of Intellect Development" in other publications, if the latter are not electronic databases.
The authorship of articles submitted to the journal "Technologies of Intellect Development" for review and publication should be limited to authors who have made a significant contribution to the relevant research.
Correspondence with the editors of the journal "Technologies of Intellect Development" by one of the authors is assessed as a guarantee of the latter that other co-authors of the article (if any) support the intention to publish the article in the journal and approved the final version.
If the author finds a significant error or inaccuracy in the published article, he must immediately notify the editor of the journal "Technologies of Intellect Development", the publisher of this journal or its administrator and work with the editor to withdraw or correct the article.
If an editor or publisher learns from a third party that a published article contains a important error, the author's responsibility is to withdraw or correct the article immediately.
The editors reserve right to reject manuscripts that do not comply with the positions on compliance with ethical standards, as well as in case of refusal of the Author to provide appropriate supporting documents on compliance with ethical rules. The author is responsible for the provided information.

Publication ethics and Malpractice Statement.
The editors of "Technologies of Intellect Development" work in accordance with the international principles of publications ethics, including but not limited to the policy of confidentiality, prevention of possible conflicts of interest etc. The editorial board follows the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics and, in particular, the Publishing Ethics Resource Kit proposed by Elsevier.
Editors and reviewers responsibilities.
Editors and reviewers should evaluate manuscripts according to their intellectual content, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, nationality, or political views.
The objective evaluation of manuscripts is ensured, in particular, by double-blind review.
Any submitted manuscript is considered a confidential document. The editorial board and any editorial staff are obliged not to disclose any information about the submitted manuscript to anyone other than the author, reviewers, potential reviewers, other editorial consultants and the publisher, if necessary. Unpublished material disclosed in the submitted manuscript should not be used in the editor's own research without the written consent of the author.
Editors should withdraw (ie, ask a co-editor, associate editor, or other editorial board member to work with material instead of reviewing it) when reviewing manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest as a result of competitive, joint, or other ties communication with any of the authors, companies or (possibly) institutions related to the submitted materials.
The editorial board should take reasonable action when ethical complaints arise about a submitted manuscript or published article in conjunction with the publisher (or society). Such measures usually include contact with the author of the manuscript or document and due consideration of the relevant complaint or claim, but may also include further communication to relevant institutions and scientific organizations.
When reviewing the submitted manuscripts, the reviewers take into account their relevance to the topic of the journal "Technologies of Intellect Development", validity, relevance, originality and readability of the manuscripts.
As a result of the review, the submitted article may be: a) accepted for publication without comments/revisions, b) with comments/revisions or c) rejected.
During the decision to publish the article, the editorial board is guided by the policy of the journal "Technologies of Intellect Development" and current legislation of Ukraine, in particular, in the field of copyright.
Article, approved to publication by the editorial board of the journal "Technologies of Intellect Development" is posted on the website of the journal in open access. Editors and reviewers should evaluate manuscripts according to their intellectual content, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, nationality, or political views.

Figures are presented in high resolution - 600 DPI for graphics products and 300 DPI drawings. Figures are numbered sequentially according to the text. Figures are signed at the top center. Orientation of figures: in the center.

Formulas are prepared in Microsoft Equation. Only Latin characters are allowed. The number of each formula is indicated.
